A short-term, high-impact team sent ahead of long-term workers into least-reached contexts. The team functions as a research and spiritual preparation pipeline, providing agencies with on-the-ground insight while forming young leaders in cross-cultural discernment and innovation.

Rolecall exists to meet this moment — to identify, equip, and mobilize the next generation for effective, creative, and sustainable engagement among the unreached and marginalized.

As a collaborative, multi-agency initiative under New Wineskins Missions Network, Rolecall is designed to provide formative pathways for young leaders exploring cross-cultural mission. Through field engagement, mentoring, and spiritual formation, rolecall helps emerging leaders:

• Understand God’s mission in the world
• Discern the intersection of calling and vocation
• Develop cross-cultural competency
• Practice a sustainable, spiritually grounded lifestyle
• Build a vision and ministry plan for what’s next
